How do I wear them?
Slip them on like a sock, your toes and heel stay free. Wear them on their own at home, or inside your shoes with or without socks over the top. They're thin enough to wear all day, every day.
Will they fit inside my shoes?
Yes. They're designed to be thin and low-profile, so they fit inside most everyday shoes, even tighter-fitting ones, without crowding your foot.
What size should I choose?
Fremlaz sleeves are sized by your normal shoe size, from S to 2XL, just match your usual size on the chart on the product page.
Will they feel too tight?
